Initial step of cooperation is a meeting between customers’ staffs and our expert security team. Our expert security team will review information provided and related requirements by customers, interview with responsible individual and then propose with of our primary suggestions. You will give feedbacks and opinions while finalizing our suggestions – the optimum security level will be based on your given budget and customers’ requirements. This consultation will be done professional and free of charge.

INTERNAL STATIC SECURITY GUARD

The Uniformed Security Guards can be well-arranged to provide services within 24 hours, 365 days for duties being a static guard. Factories, shopping malls, construction site, condominium, private residential housing, government offices, events, escort and others are examples of place / premise that need security.

SECURITY ESCORT

During loading for valuable items such as jewelry or cash, we provide uniformed security guards (armed – with or without) to escort the safety besides ensuring the delivery is safe to its destination.

PRIVATE INVESTIGATION

Our company has experienced ex-police officers to run a private case investigation such as fraud in insurance claim, missing in action staffs, to investigate cause and reasons and also other type of investigation. All investigation assignments will run tactfully; guaranteed assurance delivery right as per agreement.

For VIP, Chiefs, Authorities (Staffs), we provide armed bodyguard with trainings and professional qualification to offer protection towards a threat or physical attack.

Teras Guard Sdn Bhd provides a full-armed and trained security guard to ensure a secured environment. Our Physical Security Services is designed to fully integrate with customer’s electronic system for a maximum protection. It is positioned under special inspection unit hired by the company.

CENTRAL MONITORING SYSTEM

The central monitoring system is a call center that connects customers with CCTV and Security Alarm System, health and regulatory authorities. This center will convey the integrated security towards an occasion that never happened before as well as safety for the customers by connecting them with surveillances, building management and alarm system to do center monitoring, trouble shooting and communicating with the local police officers, hospitals, firefighters, events and special armed guard services headquarters. Our company provides a center monitoring system when our customer agrees with system suppliers. This company will suggest few system suppliers companies to the customers.
